Help that stays tied to the right record.
For launch support, contact CrowdCircle with the event name, order reference, account email, and a short summary of what happened. Never send full card numbers, passwords, government IDs, or private payment credentials.

Contact
Use the CrowdCircle contact form for support, bugs, feature ideas, safety concerns, advertising, and partnerships. Signed-in users can also open the Tickets area and submit a support request tied to a ticket, order, or event.
Bug reports and feature requests
Found something broken? Submit a bug report with steps to reproduce it, your device or browser, and screenshots if available. For product ideas, use the feature request form so it lands in the right queue.
What to include
- Event or Circle name.
- Order reference, ticket code, or checkout reference if available.
- The CrowdCircle account used for the booking, if you were signed in.
- A short description of the issue and the outcome you are asking for.
Ticket and refund requests
Refund and payment questions should include the event name and order reference. CrowdCircle will review ticket state and provider references, then route organizer-owned requests to the host where needed.
Safety or abuse reports
For urgent safety concerns, contact local emergency services first. CrowdCircle can review event reports, chat context, organizer notes, and account activity when handling platform safety issues.
Organizer and sponsor help
Hosts and sponsors should include the Circle, Session, campaign, or payout profile affected. Keep bank, tax, card, and identity-document details inside the relevant provider dashboard rather than email.
