Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Welcome to CrowdCircle. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Use of the Platform
CrowdCircle provides a platform for organizing and discovering events. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Organizer Responsibilities
If you organize events on CrowdCircle, you are responsible for accurate listings, fulfilling ticket promises, and adhering to local laws. Organizers must clearly state their own refund policies for each event.
3. Fees, Payments, and Processing
CrowdCircle charges a platform fee on paid tickets. Free events remain free to host and attend. Payment processing services are provided by our third-party payment partners. By accepting payments, you agree to their respective Terms of Service.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Organizers receive payouts on a rolling 7-day schedule after the successful completion of an event, to mitigate fraud and ensure attendee satisfaction. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, the organizer assumes liability for the disputed amount and any associated chargeback fees levied by the payment processor.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. However, CrowdCircle mandates that if an event is canceled by the organizer, all attendees must receive a full refund.
Refunds for canceled events are automatically initiated within 48 hours of cancellation and typically reflect on the attendee's statement within 5-10 business days. While the face value of the ticket is fully refundable, CrowdCircle's standard platform ticketing fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is caused by a platform failure.
5. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Tickets purchased through CrowdCircle are for personal use. Unauthorized resale of tickets for commercial gain is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
